తొలగింపును ఎలా కోరాలి

సందేశంలో "నా ఖాతా, డేటా తొలగించండి" అని రాసి, యాప్‌లో నమోదైన మీ పేరు, మొబైల్ నంబర్ ఇవ్వండి. ఖాతా మీదేనని నిర్ధారించుకోవడానికి మేము ఆ నంబర్‌కు తిరిగి సంప్రదించవచ్చు.
నిర్ధారణ తర్వాత 7 రోజుల్లో తొలగిస్తాం, పూర్తయినట్టు మీకు తెలియజేస్తాం.

ఏ డేటా తొలగిస్తాం

మీ పేరు, మొబైల్ నంబర్, లింగం, వైవాహిక స్థితి, జన్మ తేదీ–సమయం–స్థలం, ఇంటి కొలతలు (ఇచ్చి ఉంటే), యాక్సెస్ కోడ్ (హాష్), పరికర గుర్తింపు రికార్డులు, లాగిన్ లాగ్‌లు, సేవల అనుమతులు, సైన్అప్ అభ్యర్థన — అన్నీ మా సర్వర్ నుండి శాశ్వతంగా తొలగించబడతాయి.

ఏది ఉంటుంది

తొలగింపు జరిగిందనే ఒక్క రికార్డు (తేదీ మాత్రమే, మీ వివరాలు లేకుండా) మాత్రమే ఉంటుంది. బ్యాకప్ కాపీలలోని మీ డేటా తదుపరి బ్యాకప్ చక్రంలో తొలగించబడుతుంది. యాప్ మీ ఫోన్‌లో నిల్వ చేసినవి (భాష, నోటిఫికేషన్ ఎంపికలు) యాప్‌ను అన్‌ఇన్‌స్టాల్ చేస్తే పోతాయి.

How to request deletion

Message us on WhatsApp: +91 94949 33332 or email: smjvpsamstha@gmail.com
Write "Please delete my account and data" and give the name and mobile number registered in the app. We may contact that number to confirm the account is yours.
We delete the account within 7 days of confirmation and tell you when it is done.

What is deleted

Your name, mobile number, gender, marital status, birth date/time/place, plot dimensions (if given), access code (hash), device records, login logs, module permissions and any sign-up request are permanently deleted from our server.

What is kept

Only a record that a deletion took place (date only, no personal details). Copies in backups are removed in the next backup cycle. Settings stored on your own phone (language, notification choices) disappear when you uninstall the app.
