Sri Matha Jyotishalayam (Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh, India) – "Sri Matha Jyotishalayam" mobile app. This app is only for clients of the astrology practice.
Name, mobile number, gender, marital status, birth date/time/place and (for Vastu advice) plot dimensions, entered by the practice to prepare your horoscope analysis; an access code (stored only as a salted hash); a random device identifier (hashed) to bind an account to one phone; and security logs (login time, module viewed, IP address). Birth details you voluntarily send via WhatsApp are used only to create your account. Reminder notifications are scheduled locally on your phone and nothing extra is sent to a server for them; you can turn them off any time.
Approximate location is used only if you tap "My current location" in the Panchangam module; it is sent to our server only to compute that day's panchangam and is not stored. The app works without location permission.
We do not sell or share personal data, and the app has no ads or analytics SDKs. Cloud hosting and database providers process data on our behalf. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
Data is kept while you are a client. To request deletion of your account and data, see /delete-account or contact us; requests are acted on within 7 days.
The app also offers reflective sections prepared from your birth chart: Inner Self, Life Purpose and "Who Am I?". They are generated from the birth details the practice has already entered; no new information is collected from you for them, and they appear only after the practice opens them for your account.
Results are astrology-based guidance only and not a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice. The app is not directed to children under 18.
